Customer Service Representative

Seeking a self-starting and creative business oriented individual. Responsibilities will include learning the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and the company’s sales policies & procedures, handling customer calls and questions regarding order entry, software licensing and service agreements for our U.S. and International locations, assisting in the roll-out of the company’s web ordering system to worldwide sales channels and customers.
 
Position Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with customers required
  • Knowledge of PC-based accounting and/or CRM systems a plus
  • Prior customer service experience a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel and Word required
