ICONICS seeks an experienced sales professional to lead business development and partner activities for its Northeast USA Region. The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for meeting Orders Goals for the Northeast Region and for developing and managing sales relationships with end users and partners across the Region. The BDM will develop a network of distributor, systems integrator and OEM sales channels to serve targeted industry market segments. The BDM will be responsible for maintaining and growing sales in ICONICS’ key markets, including: Manufacturing, Building Automation, Oil & Gas, Water Treatment, Electric Power and Utilities. The BDM will work with ICONICS HQ to develop business and marketing plans to sell ICONICS product licenses, subscriptions, SaaS, support, training and professional services for its HMI, SCADA, Visualization, Historian, AnalytiX® and IoT products. The BDM will prepare and deliver sales presentations, attend trade shows and seminars, empower ICONICS sales channels through training and team selling, provide project management oversight, forecast revenue, and track leads and opportunities. The BDM is to develop brand preference within major corporate accounts, engineering and consulting firms. This individual will report to the VP Worldwide Sales, ICONICS HQ. The position is based in the field, preferably in New England, nearby the ICONICS headquarters location in Foxborough, MA.

In this position, you will be a key member of the ICONICS' accounting department. Responsibilities will include participation in the close of the company's legal entities including preparing and analyzing the financial statements of the corporations' global books. In addition, responsibilities will include the US Accounting functions such as A/P and A/R, collections, and invoicing. Knowledge of Foreign Exchange accounting is a plus.

In this position, you will be a key member of the Marketing Department responsible for creating marketing material for print, contributing to the creation of graphics and web design, digital multimedia, being a key driver of the company’s social media strategy (internal and external), creating other marketing tools and working on many other creative projects as assigned.  You will have the opportunity to work with design software tools such as Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, video editing software such as Adobe After Effects, social media tools, web content programs and share your artistic and technical experience with other talented people among other duties as assigned by ICONICS.

Work with an advanced development team to create compelling User Interfaces for real-time manufacturing and automation systems. User interfaces include integration of Multi touch, touch input devices, using Microsoft Kinect and other gaming devices for real-time control and GUI applications.
 
Smart Phone and Tablet Real-time Applications:
Work with a team of Smart phone experts to create real-time manufacturing, industrial and building automation applications for our newest MobileHMI™ product.  Help create advanced cloud based applications for popular iPhone, iPAD, Windows Phone and Android based devices.
 
Real-time 3D Visualization and Human Machine Interfaces:
Create new ground breaking 3D designs for our flagship GraphWorX64™ Visualization product used in real-time industrial and other applications. Write 3D CAD based algorithms and help enhance our interactive real-time 3D products. Project will include creating algorithms for collision detection, polygon reduction, integrated GUI devices and 3D graphics algorithms and much more.
 
Sustainability and Predictive Automation Software Solutions:
Work with a team of experts creating sustainability and energy solutions. Research advanced User interfaces and solutions for our Energy, Water and Facility AnalytiX® products. Projects include database design, algorithm development for fault Detection, predictive systems, energy and sustainability.
 
Cloud Computing for Real-time Manufacturing and Building Automation:
Research and help develop cutting edge cloud based applications for our sustainability and Energy AnalytiX® products. Create firewall and IT friendly secure based cloud technologies which will help propel our products to new markets.

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will execute test strategies to support rapid product development in the testing of real-time automation software that interfaces operator workstations to industrial equipment. As part of our QA team, you will work on product initiatives from business requirements through implementation, write test scripts, develop test plans and designs, including test execution and verification via both manual and automated processes. As part of an international development team, you will write automated test applications which will automate deep level testing of various real world scenarios.

As a Technical Support Engineer you will experience a demanding technical environment where new and exciting challenges are presented every day. You will troubleshoot live applications, recommend architectural design, and support the sophisticated automation and reporting software, GENESIS BizViz and AnalytiX, on the market for some of the largest companies in the world. Support is done primarily via phone, e-mail and occasionally on site. Total customer satisfaction is our goal.

Business Development Managers (BDM) will be responsible for direct sales primarily through ICONICS sales channels and market development for ICONICS’ software. The BDM will develop a network of distributor and/or representative sales channels as well as system-integrators. The BDM will work with ICONICS HQ to develop business and marketing plans for sales of the ICONICS HMI, SCADA, Visualization and Manufacturing Intelligence products. The BDM will be responsible for preparing and delivering sales presentations, attending trade shows and seminars and empowering ICONICS sales channels through training and team selling.
 
Further responsibilities include forecasting revenue within the region, utilizing the ICONICS ChannelWorX forecasting system, assisting in the preparation of quotations and requests for proposals, obtaining revenue objectives, developing corporate accounts and optimizing ICONICS operations within the Region. The BDM is to develop brand preference within major corporate accounts, systems integration, engineering and consulting firms. This individual will report to the VP Worldwide Sales, ICONICS HQ. The position is based in the field, preferably in a major metropolitan area.

The Strategic Business Development Manager will be a visionary leader who can provide both the strategic vision and the tactical direction for the business development strategies of our new products and our Strategic OEM accounts. This position reports to the VP of Worldwide Sales. We are seeking a passionate, experienced and proven leader who can maximize our revenue stream. The successful candidate will be a high impact player with demonstrated success building high value product lines. Technically savvy and able to understand new market areas quickly, the person we seek is passionate and energetic with a strong work ethic and a polished, professional presence.

The primary goal of this position is to increase our Strategic OEM Account revenues by 40-50% per year for the next three years.
