The Strategic Business Development Manager will be a visionary leader who can provide both the strategic vision and the tactical direction for the business development strategies of our new products and our Strategic OEM accounts. This position reports to the VP of Worldwide Sales. We are seeking a passionate, experienced and proven leader who can maximize our revenue stream. The successful candidate will be a high impact player with demonstrated success building high value product lines. Technically savvy and able to understand new market areas quickly, the person we seek is passionate and energetic with a strong work ethic and a polished, professional presence.
The primary goal of this position is to increase our Strategic OEM Account revenues by 40-50% per year for the next three years.
Preference will be given to candidates with industry experience in food, pharmaceutical, beverage, petrochemical, automotive, HVAC, or machinery markets.
