The control has been tested for compliance with the latest OPC specifications, including OPC Data Access 3.0 and OPC XML. The Switch ActiveX Control and other free tools and servers are available as free downloads from ICONICS.com/opc. The OPC-enabled Switch ActiveX Control is designed to work inside any ActiveX container, such as Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Visual Basic forms and more. The Switch ActiveX contains several templates, such as ON/OFF, Toggle, Dial, Rocker and more. Connection to any OPC data source is only a click away.
